Store Owner Sues Lottery Winner

There was a woman who had won the lottery and got 1 million dollars. The store owner said that they agreed to split the money evenly which was 350 thousand because he had given her the money for the ticket. The store owner has a note signed by Eva Reyes saying that she will give him half the money. She says that she only agreed to give him 50,000 dollars but on the piece of paper it looks as if some one had tried to squeeze in a 3 in the front. A little bit later she forgot to give him the money and now she doesn't want to give him the money. Legally she doesn't have to because the money was a gift so in the end the store owner will never get that money.
